You can exchange the product within 5 days of receiving the order or return the product within 3 days of the date of receiving your order, by contacting us via WhatsApp (0552217822). For customers in Riyadh city, the store's representative is sent for the exchange or return. For customers outside Riyadh city, it is shipped to our store's private address (knowing that the customer bears the cost of shipping and delivery both ways). The customer has the right to exchange or return the product on the condition that it is in its original condition as received. If the error is from the store, whether by sending a different product, a different size, or a shortage in the order, the store bears all costs. For the exchange, this will be done after we receive the product to be exchanged and verify it. In case of return, the amount will be transferred after we receive and verify the returned order within 5 to 7 working days. If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us before the shipment leaves the store, 24 hours in advance. Note that the order receipt box cannot be exchanged or returned if it has been sealed.
